Refund policy

Buzzi Return Policy:

We want you to absolutely love your Buzzi purchase, but if it’s not quite right, we’ve got you covered with our 14-day return policy.

Eligibility:

To be eligible for a return, make sure your item is in its original condition—unworn, unused, with all tags and packaging intact. Please include your receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return:

Simply email us at hello@buzzicollection.com to get started. We’ll send you detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that returns without prior authorization won’t be accepted, and you’ll need to purchase a return label.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders:

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please inspect it upon receipt and contact us immediately. We’ll send you a return label for any damaged items or incorrect orders.

Exchanges:

For the quickest exchange, initiate a return and place a new order for the item you want.

Refund Process:

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval and process your refund. Refunds will be issued automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and reflect the refund.
